The School of Autism was born from a deeply personal experience and a desire to create meaningful change.
When Mrs. Dumpala Lakshmi, School Correspondent, witnessed the challenges faced by her nephew after his autism diagnosis, she became aware of the lack of understanding, awareness, and support available to many children and families navigating similar journeys. Determined to make a difference, she dedicated herself to learning more about autism and child development, eventually pursuing a degree in Psychology alongside her Master's degree in Economics.
What began as a personal quest for understanding soon evolved into a greater purpose.
Today, the School of Autism is a nurturing space where children are empowered to learn, communicate, grow, and thrive through individualized support and evidence-based practices. We believe that every child possesses unique strengths and limitless potential, and our commitment is to help them build confidence, independence, and meaningful life skills while supporting the families who stand beside them.
*Because every child deserves to be understood before they are taught.*
